THIS PART. Alysa is my new hero. She wins with JOY, and HONOR, on HER own terms, AND she’s out, and proud about her ADHD. A lot of women I work with look calm, capable, and “fine” on the outside… while feeling constantly on edge on the inside.

That’s often high-functioning anxiety — and it’s easy to miss because it doesn’t look like panic. It looks like overthinking, holding it together, staying busy, and feeling exhausted by it all.

I wrote a short blog about what this actually looks like in women and why it’s so common, especially for those who carry a lot of responsibility.
