Hello Friends! I'm Shannon. I own a faith-based spa that offers glory to Jesus with every job we do. I have developed Movement Ministry, a system of body-mind-spirit conditioning and fitness that creates healthier and higher functioning Christians to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As I have developed Movement Ministry, I've grown closer to God, so close that I now hope to participate in a 300-hour ministerial training program. After training, and with the help of a board of directors and overseers, Movement Ministry will become a faith-based non-profit (according to God's will and timing). Our NPO will support Selah Freedom and FELT.

This GoFundMe will pay for my training and a stipend for ten weeks, allowing space for me to re-arrange my life schedule for ministry and management, recruit a board of directors, and hopefully hire some people and pay a living wage.
