Dr. Shalia was honored to attend Blooming Business: Nurturing Next Steps of Women Entrepreneurs hosted by the City of St. Petersburg at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve.

Surrounded by a peaceful natural setting, the morning provided meaningful connection, reflection, and growth, highlighting the power of collaboration and shared strategies to advance women-led businesses. Experiences like this reinforce the importance of intentional spaces where everyone can learn and connect—work that Aplomb Consulting and Education Solutions continues through partnerships, family support, and expanding access to impactful services in our communities.

🌸 Spring is here, and prom season is around the corner! 👗
At Aplomb Consulting and Education Solutions, we believe every student deserves to feel confident, celebrated, and proud of who they are during special milestones like prom.
We are now accepting prom dress donations to support students at a local high school who may need a little extra help finding the perfect dress for their big night.
These beautiful dresses are the first of many donations, and we’re grateful to our community for helping us uplift and support our youth. When students feel good about themselves, it strengthens confidence, joy, and positive self-image.
✨ If you have a gently used prom dress you’d like to donate, we’d love to receive it.

📚✨ Books, Breakfast, and the Power of Connection!
Dr. Shalia had the joy of volunteering at a Books and Breakfast event this week, spending the morning reading with students and sharing the excitement that books can bring.
There is something incredibly powerful about positive adult interaction around literacy. When children see adults showing up, listening, reading, and encouraging them, it helps build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
At Aplomb Consulting and Education Solutions, we believe strongly in giving back, volunteering, and supporting the communities we serve. Investing time with children and families is one of the most meaningful ways we can help strengthen learning and social emotional well-being. ✨
