We’ve received lots of questions about how much Elderberry Syrup to take 💜 While dosage can vary from person to person, here’s a helpful general guide 👇
🧴 Suggested Dosage
👩‍🦰 Adults: 1 Tablespoon (TBSP)
🧒 Children (1 year & older): 1 Teaspoon (TSP)
🛡️✨ For Maintenance / Immune Boosting
Take 5 times per week for optimal immune support 💪🍃
⚠️ Please don’t exceed this frequency to avoid building immunity to the syrup.
🤧🤒 When Feeling Under the Weather or After Exposure
Take the recommended dose every 2–3 hours ⏰
Continue until symptoms subside 🌿
➕ You may adjust frequency or slightly increase dosage as needed
👶💛 Special Notes for Children
🍼 6–11 months: Use our syrup made with Organic Agave (no honey 🍯❌)
👧 1 year & older: Use the regular syrup as directed
