😳A Year Difference 😱

THROWBACK THURSDAY:

The picture on the left was my 24th Birthday! I had just moved into San Antonio & god blessed me & tori with a place to call home. I was just evicted from my apartment in College Station due to not making enough income with Lyft, & other side jobs. I never posted this picture because I was embarrassed of body wearing a 2XL dress. •Weighing 240lbs 😔

“How could I let myself go so much ?” I kept asking myself. That day I decided let me slowly get back to my fitness life because I knew I was the happiest & healthiest version of myself! So I did it has not been easy but changing small habits help you so much! It did not happen overnight but I am glad I made the change! I’m not where I want to be but I definitely am not going to look the same on my 25TH birthday! I saw this photo and I thought wow am I crazy or do I see a change!

•Current weight 224lbs!

STOP PROCRASTINATING & STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Just do it! Live life, yes of course but limit your foods & make sure you are giving your body the right nutrition it deserves 💜
