I walked into this workout, feeling like crap. I was a little bit whiny and a little bit not in the mood to do anything hard. Next thing I knew, I was rowing half my body weight. This is my third set… And yes, sometimes even on s**tty days you can do amazing things.
So if you’re having a hard day, hard week, or just generally giving up… Don’t! I promise, you got this.
