This is the year of getting s**t done. Not waiting for anything to come my way- I’m coming in swinging. 🥊

3 things I’ve changed my mind about this year:
Steps matter. Some people need carbs. Protein isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Health evolves. Context matters. If you want help figuring out your version, DM me.

Post-holiday blues are real.
Tiny actions count. Get outside. Drink water. Start messy.
If you need help getting unstuck, that’s literally my job. DM me.

Waiting for the “right time” is how nothing changes.
Momentum isn’t something you find — it’s something you create.

The end of the year doesn’t need a reset button.
It needs a decision.

Make one today that your future self will respect.

Inertia is a giant bitch.
There, I said it.

Nothing was “wrong.” I was lean. Comfortable.
So I stopped doing the hard stuff.

And slowly, quietly, things started drifting in a direction I didn’t love.

Today I forced the restart.
Heavy kettlebell. Short intervals. Zero grace.
It sucked.
Then it clicked.
Oh right. This is what was missing.

If inertia has you stuck, you’re not broken.
You just need one rep, one session, one restart.

Don’t wait to feel ready.
Do it once. Momentum follows.

A lot of people say they need a “break” from eating well or moving their body.
But let’s be honest… you didn’t start this path for the vibes.

You started because you feel better when you take care of yourself.
Your mood is better.
Your sleep is better.
Your relationships get easier.
Your work gets sharper.

So don’t confuse “pulling back a little” with giving up.
You don’t need perfection.
You just need to keep going.

When everything keeps breaking, glitching, or blocking you…
don’t treat it like a challenge to conquer.
Treat it like a signal.

Sometimes the smartest move isn’t to push harder —
it’s to choose a different route.

Willpower isn’t a strategy. If you want real change, you need rules that protect your future self.
Skip the nightly doom scroll. Get to bed earlier. Stop eating the things that make you feel awful.
Decide the rule once, follow it daily, and suddenly it’s not willpower anymore… it’s who you are.
