Pregnancy yoga boosts energy levels, eases stress and anxiety, relieves aches and pains, cultivates breath awareness and helps to prepares physically and emotionally for birth. Postures and breathing practices covered will be directly benefical during labour and classes are sociable and a good way to connect with other mums to be. Mummy and Baby Yoga safely rebuilds core strength, stabilises the lower back and pelvis, releases the upper back and restores energy levels. The class also includes gentle yoga stretches and rhymes for the babies, encourages bonding and is a great way to meet other mothers.

My Story

Welcome to my page, and congratulations if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby! I am Jennie Phenix and I have over 20 years’ experience of yoga. I have been specialising in teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga since 2005 and teach regular classes in Marlow and Burnham, South Bucks. Through yoga, breathing, relaxation and hypnosis techniques I can help you have a more enjoyable, comfortable pregnancy; feel empowered, calm and confident to birth your baby and teach you to safely re-strengthen and stabilise your body postnatally. No previous yoga experience is required!

I feel honoured to have now supported thousands of women through their pregnancies, births and as new mums. I have seen countless times just how powerful and amazing yoga can be on this special journey. I would love to support you too. My students often come back to tell me how their midwives complimented them on their breathing techniques and how calm and in control they were during labour. I can help make this your experience too!
