My research focuses on the effects of sleep on performance in elite athletes. In particular, I'm interested in the impact of sleep on cognitive and physical performance across various sports. My research interests include the impact of circadian rhythms and sleep patterns on sports performance. I also work with elite athletes and collegiate and professional sports teams (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB) to improve sleep and recovery through the integration of sleep education, technology, and application of sleep research.
