Thank you to the El Camino Hospital Social Work team for meeting with us to strengthen how we support patients together. Through New Directions, funded by El Camino Healthcare District, we’re able to help patients with deeper, ongoing support beyond the hospital.

PHC honors Black History Month, a celebration of Black excellence and a reminder that equity work is more important than ever. In Santa Clara County, Black/African American residents are 2% of the population but 12% of people experiencing homelessness. PHC exists to help close gaps like these.

*Tommie Smith and John Carlos, former San Jose State University students whose courageous 1968 Olympic protest for human rights remains a defining moment in the fight for racial justice.

Meet artist Ludmila Pawlowska as the sanctuary is transformed by her icons and abstract works, paired with live performance blending Persian melody and Buxtehude’s Membra Jesu nostri, with improvisations rooted in Kurdish and Iranian musical traditions. Reception to follow.
