This nurturing retreat offers a supportive space to gently explore your grief somatically with mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, sound and reflection.
This workshop honors that grief is deeply individual. You are always invited to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and participate in ways that honor your pace.
You will find slow, accessible yoga, guided meditation, and intentional pauses for self-inquiry.
