✨From bedside to business owner-my NP journey.✨

I became a registered nurse back in 2007 🏥, driven by one simple purpose: to care for people. Fast-forward to 2020, I stepped into a new chapter as a nurse practitioner, serving patients in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Management, and later as a clinical supervisor.

Each role taught me something different: compassion, resilience, leadership -but they all deepened my love for helping others heal and thrive.

In 2023, I finally found the courage to bet on myself and launch Bruce Total Wellness, a nurse practitioner-led clinic, focused on medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and helping people regain their energy, confidence, and balance. 💪🏽🧬⚡️

I’m still walking the path between provider and entrepreneur, but my heart remains the same: I give my all to every single patient, every single time. Looking forward, I plan to continue to serve my community in new and innovative ways.

When the days get shorter, our mood often follows 😔.
Less sunlight means less serotonin, more fatigue, and sometimes that heavy “winter slump.”

Movement is one of the most reliable ways to counter it. Exercise increases endorphins and dopamine, stabilizes blood sugar, and reduces inflammation, all powerful protectors against seasonal lows.

This doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym:
⭐️ A brisk walk in the cold air 💨
⭐️ A weight session that reminds you you’re strong 🏋🏽‍♀️.
⭐️ A stretch flow to ease your body into the day 🧘🏽.

The point isn’t perfect perfection. It’s consistency.
