On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of transgender and nonbinary individuals while acknowledging the ongoing need for safety, equity, and affirming care.

Visibility is not only about recognition, but it is about creating environments where individuals can exist authentically without fear of harm or discrimination. For many, this includes access to gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health support.

As a community, we can engage in reflective practice: listening to lived experiences, challenging bias, and advocating for inclusive systems of care. Affirmation and belonging are essential components of psychological well-being.

The vision of World Bipolar Day (WBD) is to bring world awareness to bipolar disorders and to eliminate social stigma. Through international collaboration, the goal of World Bipolar Day is to bring the world population information about bipolar disorders that will educate and improve sensitivity towards the illness.

Today is an opportunity to reduce stigma, promote understanding, and encourage help-seeking. If you or someone you know is navigating bipolar disorder, you are not alone, and support is available.

Health and wellbeing should be accessible, affirming, and inclusive for everyone. LGBTQ+ individuals often face unique barriers to care, which makes awareness, advocacy, and supportive spaces so important.

This week is about organizing, uplifting voices, and creating systems of care that last.

At The Cognitive Clinic, we are committed to providing a welcoming and affirming environment where every person’s identity and experience are respected.

This World Sleep Day 2026, we’re highlighting the powerful connection between sleep and mental health. Rest supports mood, focus, resilience, and emotional regulation.

If stress, anxiety, or trauma are disrupting your sleep, you’re not alone, and support is available.

Let’s elevate the conversation around rest. Because when we sleep well, we live better.

Today, we celebrate the women who lead, nurture, advocate, create, and persevere, often while carrying more than the world sees.

We honor the courage it takes to rest, to ask for help, to set boundaries, and to heal. Strength isn’t just pushing through; it’s often choosing yourself.

Happy International Women's Day from The Cognitive Clinic! ❤

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month invites teens to have empowering conversations about boundaries, communication, and self-worth.

1 in 10 high school students face dating violence. For teens, learning what healthy love looks like can be just as important as recognizing when something doesn’t feel right. Support, education, and early intervention can make a meaningful difference.

If you or someone you love is navigating confusing or painful relationship dynamics, support is available. No one deserves to feel afraid, controlled, or unheard.

At The Cognitive Clinic, we offer a safe, supportive space for teens and families to explore relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being—at their own pace.
You’re not alone. Help is here.
