Hi Everyone! I hope your New Year has been great so far! Those of you who have made the resolution to lead a healthier lifestyle-Congratulations! I wish you every success. This can be one of most challenging resolutions because it may require a big lifestyle change. One step that is often missed can be your downfall. That step is making goals! The desire to make a change isn't enough. You need to have a plan of action. How will you know if you achieved your goal if you never made a goal to begin with? Set goals so you can measure your success. It is extremely important to know you are making changes no matter how big or small. This gives us a sense of accomplishment and the drive to continue!
