To our valued Patients and Staff,
There is no higher priority to our patients and staff than everyone’s safety. Be assured that we are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and Public Health Department to stay on top of this evolving situation.
According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be minimal. However, the World Health Organization has recently declared Coronavirus as a global pandemic.
We want you to feel confident when coming to our office. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our patients’ and employees' health and safety.
Office Cleaning: Staff will proceed with normal, everyday handwashing plus hand sanitizer. We also clean all equipment and other surfaces after every patient.
Cleaning will also be expanded to disinfect doorknobs, reception room chairs, and other surfaces such as the credit card processing machine, front desk scheduling area.
In addition, we want to remind our patients that if you are scheduled for care and you are sick please stay home. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please have the courtesy to call our office to reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for your patience and trust in Complete Wellness Center. We are prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with your safety and confidence in us at the forefront of everything we do.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
Dr. Kelly Geritano and Staff
