We want to take a moment to recognize someone whose impact is felt every single day, even if it often happens behind the scenes.

While we frequently highlight our incredible teachers and the faces that directly serve our community, there is a tremendous amount of backend organization and administrative work required to keep this organization moving forward. Much of that work is unseen, and at times, thankless—but it is absolutely essential.

Martina has been a driving force in keeping the wheels turning. From schedules being completed and posts going out on time, to photos being taken and countless details being managed, she consistently shows up with dedication, care, and commitment. She gives so much of herself and invests an incredible amount of time to ensure the organization runs smoothly and that our community is supported—just as our teachers do in their own vital ways.

So as always, please remember to thank your teachers. And if you can, take an extra moment to thank Martina as well—for all that she has done, and all that she continues to do for us. Her efforts truly make a difference, and we are deeply grateful.Bee-Youtiful Beauties

🌀 Meditation & Movement classes has wrapped up for the year and will resume in January, along with Art + Tea Time.

We’re excited to introduce Tai Chi at the Shack with two special pop-up classes this weekend and yes, these will be becoming part of our permanent schedule starting next week! 🧘‍♂️✨

✨ Pop-Up Art Class Tomorrow! ✨
We’re excited to welcome for a special Mandala Art pop-up at the studio!

Rooted in the artistic wisdom passed down through generations, Kally teaches the gentle art of creating your very own mandala. This class is open to all levels and is donation-based. Materials used will be crayons and colored pencils, no paint, just pure creativity and ease.

You’re also welcome to BYOAP, Bring Your Own Art Project if you’d like to work on something personal while enjoying the creative energy of the group.

Join us in a serene, alcohol-free space where we sip tea, create, and connect in community.
We’ll be adding this offering to our regular schedule, so stay tuned for more classes but we hope to see you tomorrow. 🧘🏽‍♀️🎨✨
