We would like for everyone to give a warm welcome to a long time friend and Colleague....Andrea. She will be using our shop as her stepping stone to grow her practice.

Please meet Andrea 👇

Andrea is a Yoga practitioner from the Gulf Coast of Florida. She grew up enthralled with the local ecosystems and started her career path in Conservation Biology, earning her undergraduate, and spending years working closely with the FWC as a licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator. She recognizes Yoga as an ancient indigenous practice and emphasizes a personal teacher-student relationship.

She aims to weave her classical knowledge of Patañjali's Yoga Sūtras & Aṣṭāṅgayoga into modern lifestyles to promote empowerment, awareness, and responsibility to others and the creatures of the Earth.

She will graduate from The Krishnamcharya Yoga Mandiram in the Fall of 2026 with 900 hours of International Teachers Training from the esteemed lineage of masters Sri. T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar.

We have a shop cat!
I’ve been feeding this cat since I opened in Jan 2025 and then it just disappeared for months!

Now HE is back!

He is shy. You may not see him when you visit but he’s always around, somewhere.
