We recognize that there was a delay in this process and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience it may have caused. Thank you for your patience during this transition.

I am writing to offer my sincerest apologies to those who have been unable to obtain records from Cariend. I was informed of this issue on 6/2/2025, contrary to previous assurances that the matter had been resolved. Regrettably, this was not the case. A technical problem has been identified with the interface between eCW (eClinicalworks) and Cariend.com. In the interim, I kindly request your patience and assure you that I am taking all necessary steps to address this situation ASAP. You will be able to get your records. Stay tuned.

We have made arrangements for cloud-based records storage for 7 years following our closure on Friday, February 28. Your records will be converted to a PDF file and made available in March on an ongoing basis and kept secure for 7 years. You may obtain records from Cariend.com, our contracted electronic records custodial company.
