Liam has put in consistent work and the results are showing. His VJ has increased 1.3" in a short time, 15.0-> 16.3". His 5 -hop broadjump has blown up 6'4", 26'0" -> 32'4".

Congratulations to our BPA Boys Cross Country Team on finishing 6th overall at the County Championship! These young men left it all on the course and represented us with heart and hustle.

🔥 Special shoutout to Wyatt Grimsley and Ryker Cookson, who BOTH broke the BPA school record — with Wyatt setting the new mark at an incredible 12:43!

👏 Huge kudos to Coach Arms and Coach Pocernich for their dedication and leadership in guiding our runners all season long.

Our Lady Rays Cross Country Team has done it again — County Champions for the second year in a row! 🌟
