Arms AP builds speed, agility, strength, confidence and self esteem for athletes of all sports and ages 7-adult. Individual, semi private and team training available. Arms Athlete performance has developed athletes that have won World, National, NCAA and State Championships in several different sports. Sport specific training for Track & Field, XC, football combine, 60yd (baseball), Home to 1st (softball), time trials for tryouts etc

On our wedding anniversary, Monday March 16th, our sweet baby boy, Jax Aaron Arms, decided to make his grand entrance and share the special day with Tatiana Arms and me. Our blessing from God weighing 9 lbs 12 oz and measuring 22 inches, arrived after we attempted a home birth and ultimately welcomed him via C-section.
Thankfully, Tatiana and little Jax are both healthy, and Mom is resting and recovering well.

Coach Arms joined for some heavy deadlift singles on New Year's Eve—capped it off with clean pulls at 450lbs and a solid 500lb on the final two sets. 💪
Perfect way to close out 2025 and kick off the new year strong!

Conor just smashed a massive deadlift milestone: 405 lbs for 2 solid reps! That's a huge 40 lb rep PR and an all-time lifetime personal record. Even better—he's now officially deadlifting more than double his bodyweight. Beast mode unlocked! 💪

Big congrats to Griffin and Parker for earning the right to use the hex bar for deadlifts!
A quick reminder for everyone: To unlock the hex bar, all athletes need to prove they have the necessary strength, technique, and mobility. That means progressively building up until you can confidently complete 5 sets of 5 reps with the 100 lb kettlebell. Great job to those two—keep grinding, the rest of you are next! 💪
