Are you aware that bone loss can accelerate as hormone levels decline with aging? If a fracture occurs due to bone loss, it likely began years earlier. As we age, prioritizing bone health is essential. Exercise plays a vital role in preventing fractures. We encourage our patients to prioritize this and make several classes available to help facilitate more movement. Exercise also helps to prevent falls by working on balance and strength.
