COMING SOON
I have decided that I want to help people and do something I’m passionate about, so I will finally do what I decided to do back in 2014 and utilize my nutritional therapy practitioner certification. I will be offering health coaching, basic personal training, and also carry a shop full of natural products and supplements.
The website is basically done, check it out if you like! If you are local to me, I will start booking clients in January 2026.
And as for my Instagram, I’ll probably do the same thing I’ve been doing, just maybe be more proactive and post more content relating to life and wellness.

Trying to utilize the winter lull to figure out my next journey. I’ve tried a few different things in the past couple of years, but none of them have seemed to feed any real passion of mine. When I first started this account, I wanted to talk and share my thoughts about life, wellness, healthy living, identity, and purpose.
Not sure exactly what avenue this will be taking, but I’m pursuing that now. Trying to combine my skills and personality into a career in which I can help people.
Instagram seems a bit past its prime, I know, but I love this platform and the people I’ve met through it! So any updates will be shared here. Thanks for listening:)
