TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY!

At Olive Physical Therapy, we are honored to partner with local schools and be invited into spaces where real growth begins. Our head physical therapist, Rachel Vinyard, had the privilege of returning to share her journey with KINE students. She spoke about becoming not only a successful and compassionate physical therapist, but also a business owner, and the lessons learned along the way.

These students, and Tarrant County College as a whole, have truly hit the jackpot with this professor. She views her role as a world changer, not just a job, and it shows. Her love for her students is evident, and she is phenomenal at guiding their steps and encouraging them to see the endless possibilities ahead.

Thank you to this incredible Tarrant County College KINE professor for the invitation, the trust, and the work you do every day to help shape lives. We are grateful to be part of the journey.

If you would like to partner with OLIVE us, let us know.

Today we get to celebrate our fierce leader, Rachel Vinyard!

Because of her yes to humble leadership, compassion, and generosity, lives are being changed every single day. The ripple effect of how she serves reaches far beyond the clinic walls, shaping teams, restoring patients, and quietly raising the bar for what healthcare can be. Her love for people does not stop at Olive but extends into the community and into classrooms, touching lives wherever she shows up.

And let’s be honest, Rachel is not just our leader here. She is the fun! The laughter! The joy that shows up even on the busiest days and sleepless nights. She leads with grace, wisdom, and discernment but also with a whole lot of healthy shenanigans. The kind that makes work meaningful, people feel at home, and growth happen in the best way. A true servant leader in action.

Rachel, thank you for leading with heart, vision, and genuine care for all people. We are grateful for you and for the way you make Olive Physical Therapy a rare gem. We are truly blessed!

Happy Birthday from OLIVE us at Olive PT. We love you!

Testimonial Tuesday | Deborah Reddout, PT, DPT

At Olive Physical Therapy, every staff has a story. Deborah’s is one of unimaginable resilience, faith, hope and purpose.

At just 15 years old, Deborah survived a life-altering gymnastics accident that left her paralyzed from the neck down. Doctors told her she would never walk again, but God had other plans. Through months of intensive rehabilitation, unwavering faith, and the dedication of her therapy team, Deborah regained nearly 90% of her function.

What began as the hardest season of her life became the very moment that revealed her calling.

Experiencing physical therapy as a patient changed the course of Deborah’s future. It led her into the medical field and ultimately into physical therapy, where she now walks alongside others on their own healing journeys. During PT school, Deborah discovered Pelvic Floor Therapy, a specialty that deeply resonated with her own recovery and continues to fuel her passion for helping others reclaim function, confidence, and quality of life.

“Physical therapy helped give me my life back, and it is truly an honor to now help others reclaim theirs.”

Deborah brings empathy, strength, and a deep understanding of healing into every session. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Olive Physical Therapy family and even more grateful that our patients get to experience her heart for care.

Thank you, Deborah Reddout, PT, DPT, for the privilege of allowing us to share your story. You are a miraculous gift to OLIVE us and we love you!

Showing Up for the Community We Love and Serve

On March 19, 2026, Olive Physical Therapy Director and Head Physical Therapist Rachel Vinyard, PT, DPT, MPT, Orthopaedic Certified Specialist, attended the 2026 Community Leader and Entrepreneur Awards in support of the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum and the small businesses that help shape our local community.

The evening centered on connection, shared purpose, and leadership that often happens quietly behind the scenes. Keynote speaker Stedman Graham shared a message that resonated deeply, “You can’t lead anybody else until you first lead yourself.” A reminder that effective leadership begins with self-awareness, clarity of purpose, and personal responsibility.

What stood out most was the spirit of collaboration in the room. Business owners, professionals, and community leaders came together with a shared commitment to strengthening the place they call home. That same mindset guides how we approach care at Olive Physical Therapy. We believe in building trust, staying invested locally, and doing work that matters beyond the clinic walls.

We are especially proud to celebrate Dale Wolter, fellow Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce member and Business Coach & Strategic Advisor with ActionCOACH, who was recognized as a Community Leader and Entrepreneur Honoree. Dale’s dedication to helping others build strong and sustainable businesses reflects leadership that creates lasting impact across our community.
Events like this are a powerful reminder that healthcare, entrepreneurship, and community are deeply connected. When local organizations support one another, the impact reaches the people and families we serve every day.

Thank you to Jim Austin Online for hosting an event that brought leaders together with intention and purpose. We are grateful to be part of a community that values service, leadership, and genuine connection.

Olive Physical Therapy Loves Supporting Local!

There is nothing better than seeing another Arlington small business grow and thrive, and our friends at Grounds and Gold are doing something extra special. They are now roasting their own coffee right in their shop, creating fresh blends that smell amazing and taste even better. Congratulations, Maurice Ahern!

We picked up their House Blend, and it has been a bright spot in our day at the clinic. Rich aroma, smooth flavor, and handcrafted with care right here in our community.

If you are looking to treat yourself, swing by Grounds and Gold Co and check out their new small batch roasts. Your taste buds will thank you and you will be supporting a business that pours heart into every cup.

“You do not feel your way into acting; you act your way into feeling.”- Rachel Vinyard, PT, DPT, MPT, OCS

We are so grateful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation. Last week, Olive Physical Therapy owner and head physical therapist, Rachel Vinyard, PT, DPT, MPT, OCS, had the honor of speaking with graduating seniors in the Kinesiology Program: Design and Administration course at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Rachel shared real life lessons from her journey as a clinician, business owner, and leader. She spoke honestly about pushing through fear, learning from failure, and building resilience in both business and life. Her message was practical, encouraging, and full of wisdom. She reminded students of the importance of staying humble, being willing to learn, and not letting difficult moments or a simple no stop their progress. Rachel's passion for her work and for empowering students was evident from the moment she began speaking.

The class also learned about pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, entrepreneurship in physical therapy and how being fully present for both patients and family help make the work meaningful. One of the most powerful reminders she shared was this: “You do not feel your way into acting; you act your way into feeling.” It is a mindset that helps us move through fear and not allow doubt or insecurity to stand in the way of our goals.

The students were engaged, thoughtful, and eager to learn. They asked great questions during and after class, and it was clear that they are serious about growing as future professionals. What an incredible group of world changers!

A special thank you to Macy Leffingwell and Madeline Crist for inviting Rachel to speak. And a big thank you to their professor, Dr. Becky Garner, for the way you lead and support your students.

It is a privilege to walk alongside students as they prepare for what comes next and to remind them that it is okay to fail, try again, and grow through the process.

The future of healthcare leadership is bright and investing in the next generation matters.

Today is International Women’s Day!

At Olive Physical Therapy, this day is not about titles or buzzwords. It is about the women who show up early, stay late, listen closely, and care deeply. The women who lead with calm confidence.

The women who advocate for their patients even when it would be easier not to. The women who believe healing happens best when people feel seen and supported.

This clinic exists because of women who trusted their calling, took risks, and chose people over shortcuts. That same spirit lives in every treatment room, every conversation, and every relationship we build.

We are proud of the women who make Olive PT what it is. Today and every day!

Happy International Women’s Day!
