UNMATCHED Inspired Women Luncheon
February 27, 2026
Two members of our team, Rachel Louzada Da Silva Harris, CD, PCD and Rachel Vinyard, PT, DPT, MPT, OCS, had the honor of attending the UNMATCHED Inspired Women Luncheon at the Loews Hotel and Conference Center in Arlington, TX.
Our owner and director, Rachel Vinyard, shared an impactful perspective on intentional habits that support long term performance, health, and leadership presence. Her message was simple and powerful: progress is built through consistency, not perfection. One quote captured it best, “It’s okay to suck… just don’t skip.” Growth comes from continuing to show up, even when we are learning or uncomfortable. Our future selves benefit from the choices we make today.
Rachel highlighted how posture, breath, and brief moments of movement influence focus, confidence, and decision making. She emphasized recognizing early signs of stress and taking short resets throughout the day to reduce strain and support sustainable leadership. How we carry ourselves physically has a direct impact on how we lead.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
• Small daily habits shape long term health and leadership presence
• Posture and breath influence energy, clarity, and confidence
• Short stretch breaks help interrupt stress before it builds
• Confidence is supported by both mindset and physical presence
• Caring for ourselves allows us to better support others
UNMATCHED represents a mindset rooted in intention, possibility, and consistent action. This event was a meaningful reminder that small, deliberate choices create lasting impact.
Thank you to the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce, event sponsors, and all the women who contributed to thoughtful conversation and connection. Hearing the story of CONSUELA from founder Conni Reed added a powerful perspective on resilience, purpose, and brand building.
It was an honor to be among leaders who continue to elevate and empower women in our community.
Together, we rise further and lead stronger.
