We're thrilled to be building this partnership and exploring new ways to make a difference in the lives of our courageous first responders. By providing the resources they need to care for their own mental health, we can create a positive ripple effect that extends to their families and the communities they serve. 🌟🏡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It is with great sadness that we share that Derrelynn Perryman has passed away. Derrelynn was a bright light, treasured family member, and amazing friend, advocate, colleague, and therapist. She will be missed tremendously.

First Watch Consulting Group was Derrelynn’s brainchild and it is difficult to imagine moving on without her expertise, leadership, and light. We offer our full support to her loved ones and clients who are grieving. We are committed to continuing to provide outstanding service to our clients, and continue Derrelynn’s life’s work of helping other’s heal.
