45-Minute Yoga Session
45-Minute Physics 101 Session (led by Chase Bergner of Momentum Fitness)
⚡️Immediately following yoga, participants will experience our Momentum’s proprietary Physics 101 small-group training program — an upscale, science-backed method designed to Improve insulin sensitivity & blood sugar control, enhanced bone density & joint integrity, cognitive health & neuroprotection, and hormonal & stress regulation.

Strength-focused principles combining the principles listed above will help improve human performance, not just for muscles but rather medicine for life.
