🔥Mama Here are 3 Time-Saving Fitness Tips:

1. The harder you work out, the shorter your workouts can be!

How to do it: Warm up, then go hard for 1 minute and ease up for 1 minute. Repeat for 12-15 minutes, and then cool down. You’re done!

2. Have a plan for your workout. When you know what you want to accomplish and have a plan to make it happen, you can cut back on how long your workout takes.

3. Set a time limit. If you aren’t working with a coach for your workout, give yourself a deadline to finish your workout – 20 or 30 minutes.

Having a “hard stop” time for your workout will help you bring more focus to your performance.

Mama, If you're currently on a weight loss journey what are your intentions for the month?!

Remember, when you're working toward achieving your weight loss goals it's not ALL about nutrition & exercise...
.. Stress & lack of quality sleep can both have a significant impact on weight loss.

So if you've been focused on eating well & getting in regular movement, but you're staying up late to catch up on TV shows after the kids go to bed or you're stressed to the max because you're pulled in a million different directions a day then start putting some of your attention towards one or both of these aspects.

Being a Mama is the most rewarding job in the world, but it's also hard some days. Make sure you are prioritizing your needs! 💕

🤔“Meal prepping” means spending 3 hours on a weekend in the kitchen.

🔥MYTH🔥

The term “meal prep” can mean anything you want it to. The important thing is that it works with YOUR lifestyle.

✅Meal prepping can mean cooking extra tonight to eat tomorrow… chopping your veggies ahead of time… or making a batch of quinoa to eat as a side dish tonight and as a salad topper tomorrow.

Or it can mean spending a few hours on the weekend planning, prepping, cooking, and packing your meals for the week ahead!

The idea is to plan ahead and put in a little work ahead of time to make it easier for you to eat a healthy diet over the next few days. 👍
