Empowering Change

We were founded as Adventure Boot Camp in 2007 and quickly realized that conducting an Outdoor Boot Camp was limiting the potential of our clients. So, in 2010 we decided to move indoors and create a program that was well rounded so our clients could achieve better more consistent results.

We understand that it is not an easy journey to a fitter, healthier place. Whether it is the convenience and abundance of high-calorie foods or the sedentary lifestyle of the technological revolution, the cards are stacked against us.

Here is what we do know: if we can master our physical selves and achieve a better state of health and fitness, we can overcome almost anything. We then can lead by example and in the process become better mothers, fathers, friends, neighbors, community leaders – overall better humans!

There is something innately primal about striving to be one’s physical best. Master this journey and life will never be the same!
