Paoli Health and Living Community also offers a wide range of Services Programs,which provides a wide array of services for seniors as well as reliable support for caregivers in need of short-term relief.

Our breakroom now features a coffee bar along with a variety of snacks available to all employees. This added space was created with our team in mind — giving everyone a place to recharge, relax, and enjoy a little pick-me-up during the workday.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Dee Thompson 🌟

Dee has been a part of the Paoli Health and Living family for 2 years and brings an incredible 35 years of experience as a QMA to our residents and team.
In her free time, Dee enjoys watching YouTube. When asked about her “why,” Dee shared something truly inspiring: “as a child, she promised the Lord that if He healed her, she would help others. He healed her” — and here she is, faithfully caring for others every day. Dee recommends Paoli Health and Living as an employer of choice because the people who work here truly care.

Tiffani has been a dedicated associate at Paoli Health and Living for 4 years. In Tiffani’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and boyfriend, camping and tending to her chicken and goat farm. Tiffani would like to further her career by becoming a nurse. When asking Tiffani what her “why” is she states “she loves to take care of residents and getting to know them and their families.” Tiffani would recommend Paoli as an employer of choice because of the friendly staff we have.

Congratulations to Nicole Roth! Join us in celebrating Nicole as she recently obtained her Health Facility Administrator license!

Nicole joined the CarDon family in September 2021, bringing with her a master’s degree in social work and a deep passion for helping others. She began her journey as a Social Service Director before entering the Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program, where she continued to grow her leadership skills and commitment to resident care. After recently completing all required testing, Nicole officially earned her Health Facility Administrator license.

Throughout her career, Nicole has specialized in geriatrics and alcohol/addiction, combining her professional expertise with a strong desire to serve both residents and her community. Reflecting on this milestone, Nicole shared, “I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and excited for my future.” Outside of work, her greatest accomplishment is her 13-year-old son, Kingston, and together they enjoy traveling and trying new things.

Congratulations again, Nicole! We’re thankful for your dedication and look forward to all the great things you accomplish with us at CarDon!
