Please join us in welcoming Liz Von Seggern to Miles Memory Care as the new Executive Director of our 1425 location. Liz brings 27 years of healthcare experience, including 17 years in management, and extensive expertise in long-term care and leadership. We are confident her skills and experience will greatly benefit our residents and team.

Liz is married and has one son. In her free time she enjoys walking her dogs and gardening. A fun fact: she danced for 17 years and taught dance for 8 years. We are excited to have Liz join our management team!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Enjoy some photos of our residents and staff. The residents had corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. We also made some festive beverages, green wine(juice) and green beer(NA beer).

We often work with families who feel guilty or anxious about placing loved ones in facilities due to concerns about abandonment or compromised care. The emotional weight of this decision can be significant, leading to worries about whether their loved ones will receive proper care.

Prioritizing one's own well-being is crucial in ensuring the ability to care for others. It's well-documented that caregiving can have severe physical and emotional consequences on the caregiver.

We offer Adult Day services, which provide social interaction and care, allowing caregivers some time to handle tasks they need to complete.

Respite stays offer temporary relief for caregivers. Whether it's one night or three weeks, we can help.
