Maybe it's your marriage, your children, your work, your home, your parents or perhaps a combination of these. Bottom line you never pictured your life looking like this and you aren't certain things will ever get better. Together we will work to help you get your life back! I work with adults, teenagers and children. Some situations are child focused. At times I work with parents on their own issues; other times we focus on parental coaching. I am also fluent in "teenager" and can enjoy play therapy with younger kids. My background is rich and varied providing a great deal of experience in helping families. As a parent of five children and a certified school counselor I understand raising children is a very complex undertaking.
