Try this Mindfulness Activity: Inner Check-In (3–5 minutes). Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take five slow breaths.

Then gently ask yourself:
“What is asking for my attention right now?”

Notice what arises—without judging or fixing.
Simply observe 🙏🧘‍♀️

Notice the air on your skin and take five easy breaths.

Mindfulness Activity for today is “Warming Joy”. Let’s all pause for one minute today and bring our attention to something that feels comforting— your breath, a warm drink, a cozy sweater, or a kind thought. 🧘‍♀️ With each inhale, imagine gently warming that sense of joy. With each exhale, let it spread through the chest and shoulders.💕🌤️🥰

Choose one routine activity—walking, washing dishes, stretching—and do it 10% slower, just be aware and present in the moment 🙏🥰 You got this, we got this!

Happy Mindfulness Monday! We all have various stressors in our lives, sometimes we just need to “reset” ⏳. Well, I have good news for us all! We don’t need an hour to reset our nervous system. Sometimes one conscious breath is enough.🧘

Here is one Mindfulness Activity to try as we “reset” this week. 📦 Try box breathing once a day: Inhale 4 • Hold 4 • Exhale 4 • Hold 4
Repeat 3️⃣ rounds.

You can really feel the power of breathwork in this activity. Enjoy! 💕
