Has anyone ever tried a 3 day water fast? What were your results?

I did my first, I regularly detox my body 2-3 times a year, but I wanted to really clean and let my body get back to functioning how we are built to regulate.

I did a 3 day water fast, did some research kept my electrolytes balanced and stayed hydrated. I lost about 8lbs but that wasn't the amazing part.

The clarity I had, my mind was sharp, my body felt clean, sleep was different and the hardest part to explain was my connection to everything around me, my mood, my dreams how I felt spiritually...off the charts.

I resumed eating with care, and when I resumed my vitamins it felt different like my body knew how to use them more efficiently.
