I’m almost 56 and have finally reached my healthiest weight ever.
Not long ago, these were the pants I wore to dinner… over and over. Because everything else felt tight or uncomfortable.
This didn’t come from dieting harder.
Or exercising more.
It came from finally understanding what my body needed.
- Understanding genetic patterns
- Reducing what was stressing my system
- Supporting my body at a cellular level—with targeted tools used strategically
And YES…. I’ve added the “P” word into my life in small dosing. Game changer for leaning out for me.
This is what happens when you stop guessing…
and start working with your body instead of against it.
