🦠 Why it matters:
These products were recalled due to Salmonella contamination, which can cause:
Diarrhea
Fever
Abdominal cramps

Symptoms typically begin 12–72 hours after exposure and may last 4–7 days.
Young children, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems are at higher risk for severe illness.

There is a current recall on ByHeart infant formula due to an outbreak of infant botulism. There have been 13 cases of hospitalized infants, 2 of them were in California.
The specific lots that been recalled are:
