Your body needs to be moving well. This means how you are moving your body through exercise, but also how your insides move. As Osteopathic Physicians we learn how the whole body moves including: The spine, head, brain and internal organs like your liver.2. You need to lower your burden of toxins. Toxins can mean a lot of different things. Bacteria, foods, stress and some medications can serve as toxins to your body. We need to remove those or manage them.3. You need the proper nutrition. We teach people that eating real/ whole foods mean eating organic, non-GMO and minimally processed foods.
