💥EXCITING NEWS!!!!💥 Lots and Lots of changes taking place. Extremely transparent post below.

First and foremost I am moving to a new location. We will now be operating in MARMADUKE!! This decision has not come lightly while it was VERY last minute...so I apologize for such short notice.

As most of you know I had a baby less than 2 months ago and I am having to bring her to work with me. I don't know how many of you have had the pleasure of dealing with a colicky baby but I need the help of my husband and my mom while I can still work. Moving to Marmaduke closer to where my family is, where my boys go to school, and where my other business is will help tremendously as I navigate these unchartered waters I'm in.

I have prayed and prayed seeking if this would be the best decision. Life definitely changes and God's plan for me and Empowering Health is shifting. I am 100% aware that not everyone will want to make the trek 10 miles up the road but it's really not that far and while you're there, you can always grab a yummy lunch or lemonade or coffee from The Duke Depot. 😜

We will be located in the old doctors clinic formerly (Access Medical Clinic) right beside the Marmaduke Pharmacy at 11885 Highway 49 N, Marmaduke AR 72443, across from Subway.

I am also rebranding and will have a new logo soon. So be on the lookout, and I will also be changing my hours to better suit everyone's needs working back into a 4 maybe even 5 day work week. I will post hours and the new logo soon.

To all of you, it has been an incredible 6 years in Grecians plaza and I will miss the location where it all started. I know there's been lots of growth and renovations y'all have stuck by me through. BUT it's time for change. Hooray for a stand alone building though, and for the new journey.

I will be open and operational this week my normal 3 days (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) so please just be patient with me as I get things organized and set up. We have been working hard this weekend but there's still so much to do. I promise I will still deliver the same great care just now in a different location.

🎀🩷✨️Announcement ✨️🩷🎀

I'm sorry for the late posting but the past 6 days have been much of a blur and I'm finally just now getting back to somewhat of reality. I've always tried to be as transparent as possible with all of you.

I had my routine 36 week checkup last Wednesday for baby girl when my water broke in the doctor's office. She sent me straight over to labor and delivery for induction even though we wasn't really ready for her arrival just yet. It was an extremely long and taxing 35 hour labor. We had some small complications and hiccups along the way but I was able to finally deliver without a cesarean on Thursday 03/12.

We are so thankful that Miss Rinnlee is now with us. I know I told most of you I would be reaching out to reschedule you all when I got close and I sincerely apologize if I missed you.

✨️ I will be taking the next 3 weeks off instead of just 2 because of all the trauma my body went through. As of right now I plan to return the Wednesday of week 4. That will be April 8th, 2026. Then I will slowly start incorporating days as the weeks go on. When I get back...I will be calling to get you all back on the schedule.

As always, you guys are the best patients in the world and I appreciate your loyalty and support of my small business. We hope everyone had a Happy New Year. Just a reminder our new hours take effect next week. I will be in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday normal hours with Tuesday being appointment only. If you need an appointment please call or text 870.573.0763.

**Remember most deductibles started over January 1st so please bring your insurance card with you so I can check benefits.

💫VULNERABLE POST

Even though I am a bit of a private person, I've always tried to be an open book with everyone so please know I have prayed and prayed about this decision and it has not been taken into account lightly.

As most of you all know I am pregnant with my 3rd child.

◾️Being a Chiropractor is a HUGE calling God has placed on my life.
🔹️Being a Mother is also a HUGE calling.

I've always had the philosophy that I will always be a mom first and a Doctor second because even though I know God has called me to try and help as many people as I can through healthcare, raising kids for his Kingdom will always take priority.

I am close to entering my 3rd trimester and the fact of the matter is the transition of my growing belly is getting harder for me to do some techniques.

Starting at the first of this upcoming new year my hours will be changing to a part time status and I will only be open 3 days a week for walk-ins with Tuesday going to an APPOINTMENT ONLY status. Meaning: if Tuesdays is the only day you can be seen, Doc will be happy to come down and meet you but (please keep in mind I live in Rector so I will need a 30 minute heads up for drive time).

The schedule for 2026 will be as follows.
🔹️Monday: 8:30-5:30 (Lunch 12-1)
🔹️Tuesday: Appointment only by call or text.
🔹️Wednesday: 12:00-7:00
🔹️Thursday: 8:30-5:30 (Lunch 12-1)
🔹️Friday: Closed

***Please note this is only a temporary change until sweet Rinnlee makes her appearance and I will be going back to a normal schedule after I give birth and can come back from a very short maternity leave.

The harsh reality of being a female business owner is there really isn't a true maternity leave you can take or shut down for without your business going completely under so with that being said the plan as of now....

Doc is planning to work up until Rinnlee is born and then I will take a full 2 weeks off to give myself as much recovery time as possible. (I am much older this go round so please pray for quick healing).
◾️The 3rd week I will return on the Wednesday for the normal 12-7 hours.
◾️ The 4th week I will return for 2 days of the week. (Probably the Wednesday and Thursday) ◾️The 5th week 3 days...
◾️And hopefully by 6 weeks I can work back into a 4 day a week schedule. Please be patient with me as I am still a one woman show.

Trusting me with all of your healthcare truly means the world to me and I promise I do not take it for granted. You all are truly the BEST patients and I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve you all.
