☃️ Keep a simple routine (meals & bedtime still matter!)
📵 Limit weather/news updates to reduce anxiety
🎒 Let kids pack a “snow day bag” with favorite toys & books
🌬️ Use grounding if emotions run high (try the 5-4-3-2-1 method)
❄️ Get outside to play—sledding, snowball fights, snow people!
🤍 Practice patience & kindness (snow gear = chaos)
