$130 · We have medical examiners listed on the FMCSA National Registry who can evaluate you for a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT card). Spirometry
$81 · This is a common office test used to assess how well your lungs work by measuring how much air you inhale, how much you exhale and how quickly you exhale. Ha1c
$25 · This test may be used to screen for and diagnose diabetes and prediabetes in adults. Patients Without Insurance
Variable · We provide discounts for those who do not have insurance. Please call us for specific pricing based on your condition.
