Carriage Hill Family Care is looking for a dependable 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 (𝐋𝐏𝐍) to join our outpatient primary care team.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who is ready for a 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞, 𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬, and the chance to build long-term relationships with patients in a supportive clinic environment.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
- 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞
- 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 - 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 8 AM - 5 PM
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭
- 𝐍𝐨 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
- One Saturday clinic approximately every 6 weeks
𝐏𝐚𝐲: 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, $18.50 - $20.50 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫
𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜:
- Predictable daytime schedule
- No hospital, nursing home, or night shift rotations

- Stable physician-owned outpatient practice

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
- Patient intake and basic triage
- Injections, vaccines, and medication administration
- EMR documentation
- Assisting clinicians during patient visits
- EKGs and other clinical procedures as trained
- Patient education and follow-up coordination
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current unrestricted 𝐀𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐬 𝐋𝐏𝐍 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞
- Current CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
