✨High Protein, Low Carb muffins✨
🔸 ingredients🔸
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 mashed bananas
🔸Directions🔸
1. Blend wet ingredients together using a whisk or in a blender.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually pour into the wet mixture.
3. Fold in bananas.
4. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes.
