🍣 Smoked Salmon 🍣

✨Recipe✨
2 salmon filets
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

✨Directions✨
Preparing the Glaze
1. Smash and finely slice 2 garlic cloves
2. Mince or grate 1 tsp fresh ginger
3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp brown sugar, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon with your ginger and garlic
4. Let glaze sit for 10 to 15, brush onto fish
5. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 or until internal temp reaches 145.
