I am 3 weeks postpartum with my daughter Luna Arasely. I was able to encapsulate my own placenta. We yielded 201 capsules. :)! My placenta has helped me with reducing postpartum lochia, to feel emotionally okay and like myself, and has given me a lot of energy. It also makes me feel really good and relaxed.
