Next Monday, 11/6 at 11am join me and Grant of for a quick chat and movement session to reintroduce you to physical activity postpartum (register via link in bio). I have tremendous respect for Grant as a movement professional, and he’s a new dad himself so we get you!

Then join me and on 11/15 for a pelvic floor workout! Hosted at , there will be activities for littles provided so mamas can experience this movement class designed to support pelvic floor health and give you tools to continue to do so on your own.
