In 2025, CarePlus NJ showed up across New Jersey in a big way. Our teams participated in more than 60 community events across 11 counties, including health fairs, educational events, outreach initiatives, and community gatherings, connecting with residents, families, and local partners across the state.

Throughout the year, our staff spent time in communities sharing information and connecting individuals and families to resources and services that support mental health, wellness, and access to care. Each event was an opportunity to listen, learn, and build real relationships with the communities we’re proud to be part of.

Thank you to everyone who attended and welcomed us into your communities this year. We’re grateful for every connection we’ve made along the way and hope to see you at an event in 2026!
