This has been on my heart for a long time… and I’m finally ready to share more about what I’ve quietly been passionate about for years — and what I now feel called to offer in a bigger way.
Most of you may know that I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist; however, I also hold certifications as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and a Functional Nutritional Lifestyle Practitioner. When I pivoted out of healthcare, aka "sick care," I dove into functional medicine and functional health to help my clients achieve the goals they were looking for, instead of a temporary fix on their ailments.
For many years, I have worked with insurance-based clients in person and via telemedicine, customizing meal plans, wellness protocols, functional lab testing, hormone testing, food sensitivity testing, supplement and healing recommendations, and so much more!
Now I’m launching a cutting-edge approach to weight loss, inflammation, longevity, sexual health, skin health, and nutrition support — and launching a more 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙻𝙴𝚃𝙴, 𝙸𝙽𝚃𝙴𝙶𝚁𝙰𝚃𝙸𝚅𝙴 approach to wellness that I have already been providing to the community.
