Some exciting Qigong news! I'll be offering two Qigong classes at Bee Alive Yoga in March! The classes are free. The style of Qigong I lead is Spring Forest Qigong. It is simple, easy and accessible for everyone. I call it a moving meditation. You can even participate with limited mobility and while sitting.
