HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
Hope everyone is staying healthy mentally, spiritually, and physically!
Has anyone else struggled with the above since the big Q? Tell me if you have☺️
I have been trying to stay motivated with exercise but have struggled lay! I have had many patients making appointments at my family and weight loss clinic. I think it’s most people struggling. My pearls to you are; DONT beat yourself up, stay moving, if just a few minutes a day, stay positive, enjoy a treat and do NOT deprive yourself from an occasional one. Drink plenty of 💦. Eat balanced meals with healthy snacks in between to keep that metabolism smoking🥦🥬🐟🐔! No skipping meals👎

Who has inspired or motivated you during all this chaos? For me I have to say my bestie, @ Susan Coston. She stays positive all the time, always sees the best in everything and everyone!! She also joined classes. She has continued working out throughout this. videos are also a big motivator!!! Also , her videos make me want to work out. Follow her. She is killing it!!!! She also shares what supplements she uses!!!!
