Calling on anyone with a little extra time this week!
(Spring break, retired friends, teenagers needing volunteer hours, or anyone who just enjoys organizing 😄)

I could use a few helping hands at the shop today with cleaning, organizing, and possibly moving a little furniture so I can create some storage space. Getting the shop cleaned up is the main priority today.

I also have a few small computer/admin tasks if someone prefers that kind of work.

I’ll be at the shop and available to work on it until about 4 PM today, or later this evening. My goal is to knock out as much as possible while I’m there so we can make a big dent in everything at once. With a few extra hands, I think we could get the space very close to ready for opening!

I’m happy to trade massage time as a thank-you for anyone willing to help. 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♂️

I would really love to finally get the shop to a place where it’s fully ready to open and welcome everyone in. Just need a little community help to get there.

Thank you all so much for the grace and understanding this past week. I’ve been fighting a head cold since Wednesday/Thursday and I’m still on the mend.

I truly appreciate how patient and kind you’ve all been — it means more than you know. I’ll be reaching out today and tomorrow to anyone who needs to be rescheduled from last week.

I don’t get sick often… but when I do, it definitely takes me out 😅🤧

I am looking for a few random things for the shop! I am hoping people have some things laying around that yall may not need/use anymore. Please tag me if you have or see anything

1. Any extra hangers that anyone is looking to get rid of.

2. Looking for a couple white foldable tables

3. Remnant or extra few pieces of the flat pink board insulation. Have an awkward space that will need It. I have some, but will need a little more

4. Will be looking for a good shop broom, like one with bristles for a garage and one like the gymnasiums use.

5. Stackable washer dryer (apartment style or the front loaders) **DESPERATELY searching for a set for the shop.

6. Looking for a small amount of the puzzle piece gym padded flooring. Or some sort of mat/horse stall padding, anything to soften the concrete for a small area (will get exact footage) preferably black.

7. Square bin organizers (it’s okay if not in perfect shape) just need a place to store some things out of sight

8. Lattice/wire fence panel

9. String lights; what are the best brand/type for solar and indoor also? Been avoiding going down this rabbit hole!

10. A big tall cooking pot (like for stew)

11. Robot vacuum. Looking for one for the shop and house. If you’re wanting to upgrade, I want to try out using one for both locations!

12. An old iPhone/ipod (looking for a couple so I don’t have to use my phone for the shop music anymore). Or even a small tablet or something in decent shape.

In 2022 & 2023 I won the best licensed massage therapist by the community voting through the paris news “reader choice awards” and after those years, the licensed massage therapist was removed and I can only find “the best place to get a massage”

🆘 Washer SOS 🆘

My washer has officially decided it’s done 😅
It has an agitator and is not draining or finishing the cycle. If anyone has experience troubleshooting this type of washer, I would be so grateful for some help or guidance.

I’m also in need of a stackable washer/dryer set for the shop. After working 10–12 hour days, it’s becoming a lot to come home and still try to run multiple loads late at night.

I’m open to anything — loaner, inexpensive, barter/trade, or gifted. Truly thankful for any leads or help at all. 🤍

I’ll be adding photos of:
• my current washer
• the type of stackable unit that would work in the shop (door style doesn’t matter)
• the available space at the shop

Also — if anyone knows what washer size will comfortably fit a king comforter, I’d love recommendations for when I eventually replace my home set. Mine definitely doesn’t cut it 😅

If anyone has an extra set, or is upgrading from black Friday/the holidays.. I am in desperate search of a stackable washer+dryer set! Either kind and does not have to match.

Prefer to barter, but open to a cheaper used set if it is an XL capacity.

I typically do at least 1-2 loads of sheets per day. So I am looking for something good bones and some life left!

Hey everyone! It’s Olivia with Stress Knot Kneaded. I’m back in town and officially working tomorrow, and I wanted to hop on here and share my availability for this week. I will be finalizing the rest of the year this week as well.

I have lots of messages to catch up on, so thank you all for your patience and support while I was out. Its reassuring to know that my friends and clients still support me while being gone. I couldn't ask for better clientele and everyone always reassured me to not feel guilty for taking time for myself. I cannot express enough thanks for that. I will be better at updating anyone in the future if I take an extended period of time off, and I appreciate the grace you all have shown me while I was able to step away.

I’ll also be posting a short video update about my trip home, plus some shop updates coming later this week. I can’t wait to see everyone over the holidays — this trip was exactly what my heart and spirit needed. I feel refreshed, motivated, and ready to get back to my Paris family and continue growing with this amazing community. 🤎

1) plastic or wire shelves to use for storage at the shop.

2) looking for a couple clothing racks. Prefer ones on wheels and they can totally be the cheap kind! Only needing 2-3 of these!

3) looking for 1-2 square bin shelves.

4) And if anyone has an electric standing desk, i would love to buy 1-2 of them second hand!

Cheap or I will always barter massage time & I typically will do more than the asking price!

Does anyone have a canopy tent I can borrow tomorrow for an outdoor event? I will only need it for lunch time 10-3ish..
