🤌🏼I’m looking to barter massage time, or store credit on other services we will be launching! Located in Paris, TX
I’m currently needing help with the following (ASAP, ideally this week, in order of importance) :
• Power Washing – My personal home (1,225 sq ft, single-level, no garage), front porch, back porch, and part of the driveway (a portable shed covers most of it). I also have a storefront that will need power washing soon.
• You’ll need your own power washer (preferably with a water tank). At my house I have a front water spout hookup, but it’s not in the best condition. I don’t think the shop has a water source.
• I have a dual-head surface attachment for larger areas. My gas power washer is available but needs a tune-up — or I’d consider trading it for an electric one.
• Plumbing – Replace two outdoor hose spouts (front & back), properly fix my washer/dryer drain setup (currently rigged out the window 🤣), and look at a shower fixture issue.
• Painting – I have one ceiling currently needing finished painted. The ceiling is 20ft but do have access to an electric lift if you have a sprayer. I also have a storage area (easily accessible to paint but not needed as asap)
• Car Work – A tune-up, oil change (can be done elsewhere if easier), and replacing my A/C hose (I believe I already have the correct part). It’s way too hot to keep going without A/C, so this is a big priority!
• Septic – Need to locate and likely pump my tank, plus ask about options for a secondary tank (eventually for the shop, running to the backyard).
• HVAC – Service my home A/C unit to make sure everything is running smoothly (inside and outside units), and help update my thermostat.
• Gutters – My home is small (1,225 sq ft), and I’d love to have gutters installed. I’d like to get a couple of quotes and see if anyone would be open to trading labor costs for massage time or store credit.
• Concrete – My driveway is only partially concrete, with the rest still rock. I’d love to have the concrete extended/finished throughout the driveway. Also open to quotes and the possibility of trading labor costs for massage time or store credit.
