✨ Celebrating 1 Year with Alexis! ✨

Today we are celebrating ONE amazing year with our incredible Executive Assistant, Alexis… and what a gift she has been to our Thriving at Home family!

From day one, Alexis has brought thoughtfulness, organization, and heart to everything she touches. She is a proud MBA graduate 🎓, a lover of books, coffee and tea ☕📚, and someone who quietly works behind the scenes making sure so many moving parts stay in motion.

Originally from Belize 🏝, she brings warmth, perspective, and kindness into our office every single day. Whether she’s helping our caregivers, supporting our leadership team, or making sure the details don’t slip through the cracks, she does it with grace.

She may call herself an introvert, but her impact is loud and clear. 💗

Alexis, we are so grateful for your dedication, your calm presence, and your heart for excellence. Thank you for walking alongside us this past year. Thriving at Home is better because of you!

During dangerous winter weather, these amazing caregivers stayed over 24 hours with their clients to ensure they were safe and cared for.

✨ Special shout-out to Judy Spears, who walked over 2 miles to reach her client when the roads were impassable. That is true dedication!!!

Our Thriving at Home Senior Care team had such a wonderful time hosting Bingo at Brookdale in Murray, KY! The laughter, smiles, and friendly competition made for a truly special afternoon. We are so thankful for opportunities like this to connect, serve, and bring a little extra joy to our senior community. 💙🧡

🍌 Going Bananas at Live2Lead! 🍌
Our leadership team spent the day learning, growing, and being stretched in all the best ways as we continue striving to be stronger leaders for our caregivers, our families, and our clients. 💛

We had the privilege of hearing from incredible voices in our own community , Nathan Carter, Katrina Coffelt, Jarrod Martin, Terri Lindbergh, and Amie Tooley, along with powerhouse leaders on the national stage like John Maxwell, Tiffani Bova, Jesse Cole who is the owner of Savanaah Bananas, and Craig Groeschel.

Each one left us inspired, challenged, and excited to bring fresh ideas back to Thriving at Home. We are committed to leading with purpose, serving with heart, and helping every caregiver and client we touch thrive. 🌿
