We have had the privilege the last 2 days to honor our Veterans. What an experience it has been, from hearing stories from the veterans to hearing the wife’s point of view and just being able to love on them and celebrate their service. Today we made care packages at The Plaza with some of the veterans and Veterans wives to send to active duty military, to thank them for their service and to give them a little love around the holidays.

Thank you to each and every one of the Veterans for the ultimate sacrifice!

We have had a fun, busy week. Chili cook off and fall festival at Heritage House and then we had the AAA lunch and learn with Dr.Amanda Green speaking on open enrollment and Medicare.

We would like to welcome and shout a huge Happy Birthday to our new Clinical Manager, Mikah Pitcock. Mikah has been a part of our team as a Case Manager the last 2 years, and has recently moved into the office to help keep us in line. We are so blessed to have her move into this new role and continue to be a part of our team.

Chambers Home Health has earned the 2024 SHPBestTM “Premier Performer” Patient Experience Award

Chambers Home Health has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) as a “Premier Performer” for achieving an overall patient experience score that ranked in the top 5% of all eligible SHP clients for the 2024 calendar year.

The annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high quality service to their patients. The 2024 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall experience score for more than 3,200 home health providers. With the largest HHCAHPS benchmark in the nation, SHP is in a unique position to identify and recognize organizations that have made patient experience a priority and have been rewarded for their efforts with high marks on the HHCAHPS survey.

Our very own Kacy Mills was voted for and won “Working Women’s Wednesday” on our local radio station 107.7! 💪🖤🤍🎟️💦🌺

She was presented with a beautiful bouquet of Flowers, a Free Wash Masters Car Wash, 4 tickets to Ripleys Believe it or not, and 5 free tickets to Splash Kingdom Water Park. Way to go Kacy!!!
