Hey Friends! QUICK UPDATE!

Instead of text message reminders being sent out only 2 hours before, and emails being sent out 24 hours before the start of your appointment time, they will now both be sent out 26 hours ahead of time.

This means once you receive your reminders, you will have a TWO hour window to reach out and cancel or reschedule your appointment, if needed, outside of the cancellation policy timeframe.

I'm hoping this will give everyone a little more notice and help reduce the amount of last minute cancellations.

The 🔥 HOTTEST 🔥 stones around!!

When I first got them, I kept saying, “These are the coolest stones!” but the logical part of my brain just would not stop correcting me. They’re obviously the opposite!

After a session using these, a client told me, “I can tell each one is like four of the other stones.”

These seriously hold heat longer than any others I’ve ever used, which means:
☀️ Less trips to the warmer!
☀️ Longer stone to skin contact!

I’m still obsessing.
What a difference an upgrade can make!

✨JUST BOOKED✨

SMRT Lymphatic Drainage & Scar Tissue release class!

Now to just wait until February…

I’m excited about this one!! I’ve been looking for a lymphatic drainage class to touch up on my knowledge for a while now.
I’ve already taken a class from this instructor and know that she’ll be AWESOME to learn from again!

A sweet client of mine unfortunately had to cancel her appointment tomorrow (Friday the 12th) at 2pm! It was for 90 minutes. Would anyone like to take her place? I could also do 120 minutes! 😊

Last week was an AWESOME week!! I would have to double check, but I’m about 90% sure it was the busiest week I’ve had in 2025 so far.
Last week exploded with appointments, and this week is starting off very similar!

OPENINGS THIS WEEK!

👉Wednesday: 5:30pm (60 minutes)
👉Thursday: 1:30pm (60 minutes
👉Saturday: 12:00pm (60 minutes)

This week booked up SO fast!
I began my work week yesterday with an almost full schedule, and by the end of the day I was completely booked!

🌟 My number one purpose for being a massage therapist is to make lives easier!

🌟 I want to make your everyday life easier, more functional, with less pain, and more relaxation.

When you book ahead of time, it's basically like returning the favor to me. For real. 😅 I can breathe so much easier during weeks like this.

What happened to leaving voicemails that we could re-record if we didnt like the first one?! 📱🤭

Yesterday, a potentially new client called and left a voicemail asking about booking a massage. I just returned the call and got her voicemail also.
Half way through leaving a message my brain just decided to take a break! I completely lost my train of thought, AND I SAID THAT. “I’m sorry, I just lost my train of thought!”
Lord help me. 🤦‍♀️
