The early stages of this girl’s ACL recovery. She is still putting in so much work! She’s got the heart of a champion and goes hard after her goals. So proud of who she is and how far she has come. 💙

When her injury occurred, she had trouble smiling, eating, talking, and singing. Things we may take for granted every day. After her hard work and efforts in PT to treat her TMJ, she is back to smiling that big, beautiful smile and singing in church. This world needs that smile!

6 weeks of mobility in under 3 minutes! Not too bad! This time we did it all. From the toes to the wrists to the neck and everything in between! This was a super fun group!! We tested our limits, gained mobility, and laughed a lot along the way. We would love to have YOU join us for the next one!
