HRT is not just for symptom relief; it helps preserve bone density and prevent fractures by reducing bone turnover and maintaining bone remodeling.

Bisphosphonates have their place, but bone health treatment shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.
For many women—especially those early in menopause—HRT offers significant skeletal protection that’s often overlooked.

This change reflects newer research showing that, for women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, hormone therapy’s benefits often outweigh the risks.
